The Daydreamer Award

Happy Friday everyone ❤ I hope you are all having a wonderful day and a great weekend 🙂

This week was busy and a bit hard with the hot weather. However, I had a couple of days to myself where I was able to write, edit and just rest, how wonderful 😀

Onto the award, though… I was nominated by the lovely author Kate from Kate M. Colby to do this fabulous award, so long ago (sorry for that, Kate). Thank you so much, Kate, for this unique award, I loved how different it is from other awards. If you don’t know Kate, you must go to her blog and check out her wonderful posts and her amazing book and ebooks. I assure you, you’ll love them and her ❤

Now, onto the award  😉

Daydreams

Wow, daydreams for me are mostly about the things I need/want to do that day. How I will need to organize papers for my mom, or tidy around the house, calls I need to do, making dinner and about more chores like that, lol (not glamorous at all).

However, I also do daydream about scenes in my book and about my characters (as most authors might do, I think, lol). I play out in my head a few scenes I’m still not sure about or want to tweak a bit and Imagine my characters’ daily life before my story began and see how they lived and what their dreams were.

Night Dreams

My night dreams are mostly about three things and they are one of my biggest inspiration:

My family, friends, and people around me, I dream about helping them and trying to make things easy on them. Let’s say my friend has a problem and we talk about it, I may dream of some new path she can go that might help her with her problem and so on. I have these dreams about myself as well when I have a problem and I’m trying to find a way how to fix it in my dreams, lol. I call these dreams work dreams (don’t know why).

At night I also dream about ideas and new worlds. My dream-journals are filled with new characters and royal families for many fantasy worlds, having many issues that must be resolved, lol. I even wrote two novels from that dream journal. I call these dreams writer’s dreams, as I think most writers tend to do that  😀

Goal Dreams

I mostly dream about being a published author  ❤ I want to be published traditionally and independently.

Why both? Well, I want to experience them both  😀

Friday Musing

Hey everyone, happy Friday to you all ❤

I hope your weekend had started out well and continue to be amazing and creative. Mine started out with me waking up at 6:30 in the morning, hubby being sick and going through tons of medical documents for my mom 😉

I guess I wasn’t meant to rest much this weekend, but at least I’m using, this time, to organize a bit around the house and be a bit creative by re-writing a scene I wanted to do all week and edit a few of my notes from my phone (my work desk these days, lol).

My plans or “goals” for this weekend is taking care of hubby, organize my closet room and try to edit a few more pages or scenes 😉

With all these health issues and busy schedule, sadly, for now, the giveaway is canceled. I still hope to do the giveaway this month but as I see thing going right now, I can’t.

Well, enough with that, you are here not just for an update (of my crazy life, lol), but also to see what inspired me this week and actually, there was something that inspired me to push myself harder, even if things are overwhelming 😉

I saw this a few days ago on Pinterest and I lost it, but today I found it again, lol. I love this quote so much as it hit home in me.

I feel as everything in my writer’s life had slowed down so much, that it hurts. I feel like I’m not doing anything I could, just because I’m so exhausted at the end of the day. I do write, in my phone on every chance I’ve got, but I always feel that it’s not enough. However, this quote really cheered me up and lifted my spirited in knowing that I am trying (and I’m trying hard) and even though it’s not a lot or as much as I used to write, at least I’m writing and still trying to follow my dreams 😀

Weekly Round Up

It’s Sunday and a huge heat wave hit us and I was completely overpowered by the heat. I guess I didn’t take good care of myself and I got dehydrated. I also forgot to apply my sunscreen on my body and face so I feel as if my entire body is burning up.

From now on, I really need to bring with me, water and maybe even carrying my sunscreen with me, to apply a second coat. This heat wave will go on tomorrow as well, but on Tuesday they say it will get back to somewhat normal heat, lol.

Other than that all is much the same, in one word… Crazy! But I have a bit of time tomorrow, so I hope that by then I will feel tons better. I am so sorry I haven’t caught up on your posts yet, but It’s on my to-do list for tomorrow 😉

Friday Musing

It’s Friday, but more awesome… It’s Friday the 13th (so cool) 😉

This week was hard, very hard even emotionally, more so on my mom. My mom is a bit struggling at this moment, but I’m happy to be able to help her (or even try).

Also, I am currently organizing and changing my entire closets/laundry/office room. I am throwing out our huge brown (super old) closet soon… Once we can afford it, we will buy a new closet 😀 Can’t wait.

I am done with two book reviews and about to finish another one. So happy I am on schedule, even though with everything I am already juggling (lots of balls in the air). It made me think of what I can do or change, in order for me to able to accomplish more of the things I want to do.

My plan for this month is mostly to organize and rearrange the room, but I also hope to sit down and write a bit. I want to finish a few pages or at least a few scenes.

It’s Friday ❤

Well, you guys, this week was one busy week and the weekend is not going to be any different. I have so much to do that I barely know what day it is, lol. The week flyby too fast.

My plans for this weekend is mostly cleaning and organizing our house and finish reviewing a book I’ve just finished reading. I really want to finish my last 3 chapters, but will see how the weekend will go.

I miss writing and sleeping.

I think I need a few weeks to not move from the house and just write, lol 😉

As for my Musing this week… It is a little notebook I bought for my purse and a few pens as well. Since I bought it, I can’t stop writing in it… Ideas, notes and even poems. Sometimes a good pen and beautiful notebook can change an entire crappy writing week, into an awesome one (or is it just for me?)

I am currently using the green one (but how cute are these, right?) ❤

Weekly Round Up

It’s Sunday and today was a very eventful day and the heat was unbearable, I couldn’t be outside for long. I felt as if my entire flesh was burning (sorry for that image, lol). The weekend went by so fast I barely accomplished anything, lol.

Tomorrow I’m planning on going to my mom in the afternoon, and after the video chat I have with my friend, I plan to sit down and write at least 10-15 pages and catch up on some of your awesome blog posts ❤

I hope you had a very relaxing weekend. Sometimes that’s what we all need, some good rest 😀 But for now just take a deep breath, relax with some yummy drink in your hand and check out this week’s posts on Coffee n’ Notes.

Friday Musing

Happy Friday my fellow writers and wonderful readers 🙂

A few days ago, I had a weird dream about me sitting on a chair with a wooden tray on me. I was in the middle of a field of flowers and I was writing. I really miss writing. I know it’s a cliche, but I truly can’t find the time to write. I started to write again on my phone and as much as I hate writing full chapters with the phone, it’s better than nothing right?

With the huge pile of work I need to do and everything else, writing seems like almost impossible right now. However, I am more driven to accomplish the things I need and want. I maybe a bit annoyed by the things that keep me from my writing, I am getting more annoyed and more determent in accomplishing my goals and achieving my dreams.

My next few month about to be amazingly busy 😦 but I still hope to keep to daily goals for my writing and even though I will mostly write on my phone (again), at least, I’ll be writing 😉

Anyways, for this weekend, I plan to read, game and sleep 😉

Friday Musing

It’s Friday, everyone. Can you believe it? Omg, I can’t believe it’s Friday and I have an entire weekend (yay) 😀

I had a bit of rough week, didn’t feel so good, but now I am all better (for now, lol) and I am all pumped up with energy. I already cleaned the house and organized things. The house is still not perfect and there’s a lot more to do, but it will just have to wait 😉

My plans for this weekend are mostly reading, sleeping, watching TV and writing ❤ almost done with all the reviews I needed to do and I just need to tweak with them a bit and they are done!

I think my biggest ‘Musing’ for this week actually came from within me, lol. I know it’s sounds a bit weird but it did. I had a very annoying week, lol and I just didn’t feel so good because of my stomach, but I was full of motivation to write and to not feel sorry for myself, So even though I felt like crap for most of the week, I still sat down and wrote, edited and truly enjoyed this time I had for myself, lol.

Yeah, it’s sounds weird but it worked out nicely for me, lol. I hope you are all having a great day and an even better weekend. Wishing you all lots of inspiration, rest and motivation. I want you to go and do what you want or need to accomplish 🙂

I love this quote and I stand behind it 100%. Imagining new worlds, characters and writing their story, what they think, what makes them scared or worries. Writing all these and so much more, really exercise your mind in a wonderful way. This is a beautiful quote and so true.
