The 15 Questions Tag

15 Questions Tag

Hello to all my wonderful readers, I hope you are having a good week 🙂 I am doing ok, visited our car today after the car they gave us (until the car is fixed) broke down in the morning, lol.

They fixed it and I was able to arrive home… Yey.

Our car is doing well, starting to look like a car again ❤

I was tagged by Katie from the Plus+ Beauty If you don’t follow, then I would get over there and do that! I love her blog so much and Katie is just an amazing person and friend. I am so lucky that I stumbled on her blog, she is such an inspiration.

Now moving on to the questions…

What do you think you can do but can’t?

Stop drinking diet coke, I know I should stop but I love it so much. Each week I think I will not drink diet coke, but I break and drink diet 😀

What’s a difficult word for you to pronounce?

There are two words that I am struggling with, don’t know why because they are easy, but I do. Omnomberry (I keep calling it Nomnom… lol) and the other is Orichalcum LOL Don’t know why, but I get confused, lol.

What are your favorite TV shows from your childhood?

The A-team, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, star trek the next generation, Macgyver, The love boat, Murder she wrote and later Beverly Hills 90210.

What are your virtues and vices?

I am a compassionate person and very motivated to reach my goals. My vices would have to be biting my nails,  Swearing when I’m frustrated (I do try to keep them clean swearing as possible) and my love for all things sweet and salty.

What’s more important: love, fame, power, or money?

Love! I would take true love over everything any day. I can’t see life growing without love.

If you could live in any era/time period, when would it be and why?

I would love to go back to The Regency period, just so I could be for a while (as I do own a time travel machine) with Jane Austen, sit with her and talk, or read books together 😉

If you had to redo your entire wardrobe with 2 stores, what would they be and why?

Zara and Castro 🙂 They have clean cut clothes and very pretty.

Can you recall what you were doing a year ago on this day?

Not a chance with my memory problems. I did look it up, and we went to take our new shelves that arrived at the store.

Do you have reoccurring dreams? If so, explain?

Yes, I do. One is that there is a huge flood and I find new ways to overcome it, some are real options and some are not, lol.

What’s your horoscope?

Gemini.

What does your dream bedroom look like?

White and shabby chic, but with a few colored items of purple and pink. Pretty twinkling lights over my dresser and a huge bed and a fireplace.

What position do you sleep in?

I sleep on my side, head deep under the covers.

What are your all-time favorite films?

This is so hard, I love movies. Bridget Jones Diaries, Dirty Dancing, Grease, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Midnight in Paris, Lord of The Rings, The Fifth Element, Pitch Perfect, The Breakfast Club. Omg, there are so much more, lol.

What makeup are you currently wearing?

Nothing 🙂 I don’t use much makeup and if I do it’s the bare minimum.

  • I love my Maybelline’s Volume Express The Falsies Mascara.
  • A simple drugstore eyeshadow palette of mostly brown colors.
  • A nude lipstick and a lip balm.

Do you have neat handwriting? Show us!

No! I have the worst handwriting ever. Here I tried to make it look somewhat normal, but when I write fast it’s a mess, lol 🙂

            1. Omg… That is so long ago. But when I was a kid about 12 or 13 I think me and my best friend were at the beach at dark hour. Then I heard a huge noise, it was as if someone is sucking out all the see, a huge wind started. I told my friend to run. We took the shortcut from the beach home. We were near our house when we heard it. A huge loud sound of water a birds and then a huge crush. In the morning we saw that all the houses near the beach were destroyed, the playground at the beach. Tons of dead birds and sea creatures and huge sea turtles were on the beach dead. Everything was destroyed. All the restaurants, everything. My father was so angry at me that I was at the beach so late you know… That panic anger, lol. My friend was really traumatized but I just thought that we were lucky. Sadly, it wasn’t the last time I almost died, lol. But I guess someone is watching over me, lol.

  2. I loved your answers! Murder She Wrote was one of my favourite TV shows growing up as well. Also, your handwriting is beautiful. It looks like the kind that is used for greeting cards and advertising.

  5. I’m going to do this as my blog tomorrow. I just love talking about me. lol You should totally cut out the diet soda though. I had a doctor tell me once that if I was going to drink soda it was better to just drink regular soda. There are more harmful chemicals in diet soda than regular. But…I stopped drinking soda over a year ago so I don’t have to worry about either.

  6. Yay! I am so glad that you did this tag. I really enjoyed reading your answers and getting to know more about you. 🙂 I am a Diet Pepsi drinker myself and I know I should quit because the aspartame is bad for me but I just love it so much!! I will only drink diet drinks anyway usually. I love that your makeup look is so simple. I need to come up with a quick simple look as well. Hmm a good idea for a post! 😀 I hope you have a wonderful day!! ❤ xo

  7. Cannot stop lusting after PJ Harvey. I think she is not only hugely talented but absolutely gorgeous. Of course she, like anyone with good taste, has her eyes and ambitions elsewhere!!
It used to be synthesizer, word I always stumbled over. Not sure I have one now.
Doctor Who then and now. Also The Avengers. My mum forbade my watching it as it had women, Kathy Gale and Miss Peel, clad in leather but you can’t stop the boy sneaking down the stairs and watching through a crack in the door can you?
Virtues – Very compassionate. Very honest. Always polite. Vices – as a diabetic I love chocolate and having eaten far to much of the stuff have to go for jogs around the countryside to bring sugar levels down.
Oh come on, love every time. Fame I would hate. Imagine some elderly, or young person walking up to you in Tesco demanding an autograph or people on the street whispering and pointing as you pass. Wealth? Another word for security but still comes second after love.
The Jazz Age of the twenties. All those funky suits. Also, being of the punk generation who wrongly think THEY invented being rebellious and who, according to the lovely Malcolm McLaren were more dangerous than the Fifties Teds, well then what about being black in America having just invented a music that wasn’t white. Now that takes courage. Bloody good music too.
Last year? Nope. Haven’t a clue.
Yes. I am on a plain or desert and this dirty great big, huge in fact ‘bubble’ or perhaps large stone waddles towards me. Then another, then another until I am surrounded by these objects all pushing in on me. Horrible. Being having it since I was a child.
    Aries.
One with PJ Harvey in it!!!!
On my left side, one my back, on my right curled up like a baby, on my front. In fact all over the show.
Favourite anything changes from day to day. I love ‘Withnail and I,’ ‘Amelie,’ and ‘Howls Moving Castle’ but my top films have to be Rom-coms.
Er, well, Alice Cooper style eye liner? 🙂
Don’t have anything I can show you but my hand writing isn’t very neat but is distinctive and unlike anyone else’s. My baby girl, my youngest daughter, 23, gets married this year and presented me with eleven black plain invitation cards along with a silver pen. My task is to write the poem within. Fine. ‘Where’s the extra paper to practise on?’ I asked. ‘Even Gilbert and George do rough drafts.’ To which said daughter, I call her Tweezil, replied. ‘You are not Gilbert and definitely not George. Please?” What could I say?

    1. Thank you so much for your comment and for doing the tag 🙂 I loved reading your answers. They were funny and witty 🙂
I love PJ Harvey, she is amazing. When I was younger I was obsessed with her music, her voice, everything about her.
Doctor Who is one of my biggest show that I love to watch, ever since it started and to the upcoming. The Avengers sounds great for young kid I think, even with all the gals there 😉
Chocolate… omg, I always want one, lol. Sorry to read that you are diabetic, but I hope that you manage it well and from what I’ve read in your answers, you do.
When I was younger I had lots of dreams about the 20’s, they were so glamorous and fun. I loved the music, the dancing and the romance. I loved dreaming about them (still do).
      Your dreams sound scary, wow.
I remember a song of P J Harvey that I used to listen to, all day and all night on a loop. No one really knew who she was, but that song just hit me every single time. It’s called “Who Will Love Me Now”.
Aww, congratulations to your daughter, to you and to your family, you are all must be so excited.
If she asked then I am sure your hand writing is good and even great 😉
Thank you again so much for doing the tag, I loved reading your answers.
