I hope you had a great weekend, a wonderful Valentine and I hope you are all having an awesome Sunday ❤

Sorry, I was away for most of the week, I just couldn’t really bring myself to write or post. Last week was full of challenges, to say the least. It started with a huge sandstorm that almost got me to the E.R and ended with a tree falling on our car from the storm.

So I thought after a week away I will do a mini update.

Our car

Our car will be fixed by the insurance company, although we do need to add more money for the fixing. It’s annoying, but at least we will have our car back. That makes me very happy… 🙂

Valentine’s Day

Well, I can tell you that we didn’t do anything on Valentine’s Day. We were both watching TV, playing Gw2 and eating tons of junk food 😀 But it was a good rest and we needed it.

Writing

I wrote only 2000-2500 words last week, so… nothing, lol.

Inspiration

I did get some scenes written that were inspired by the sandstorm and the tree falling on our car, lol, so I guess some good came out of these horrible events.

Reading

I finally bought some Kindle versions of the books I wanted to read.

My Plan

Well, my plan for this week is to write as much as I can, read as much as I can and post again 🙂

I’ve missed you all so much and I want to thank you all for helping me and calming me down, you are all so wonderful and I can’t tell you just how much I appreciate your encouragements and love.

    1. Thank you, I hope I will like it too. I am reading yours first ❤ So far it’s very hard for me to read it slowly, lol and I love it so much.
      I try to read my book slowly these days, because I have a problem of reading my books too fast (the good ones).

      1. Haha, I know EXACTLY what you mean! And then it’s so disappointing to have it finished – especially when you have to wait for the next one! But still, there’s nothing quite like the beauty of a good book!

  4. Cars are always such an expense… I have to take mine in for an awful leak that happens when it rains (my trunk gets soaked). I’m glad yours was covered by insurance. Looks like you have plenty of books to read for a while! My week looks pretty mellow too, a bit of reading and errands 🙂 x

  5. well, first, love the post pic very inspiring, and the coffee seems more yummy with this mug, or is it just the coffee?
    happy to hear about the car ! worth the investment 🙂
    sounds like a really romantic valentines day and for that, it sounds a romantic each day of life :). and that your back on track with writing and life, way to go it inspires me to dig deeper into my school studys which i do almost every free moment these days.
    I really love that you put pic’s with the books you like it makes it easier to decide if i want to read it for myself …like throne of glass, hope you enjoy them all. and congrats on the study books you’ve purchased 🙂 let us know if their interesting.

    for me, this week is better, got a credit card again so i can buy some grocery shopping for home, i got to realize i need to find a place for my one with no roommates, im just too old for this changing partners. i will miss a lote my friend roommate but hope we’ll keep in touch..i do realize the shortcomings of living alone, but the new roommate, its to hard and i cant live in fear of who will replace her or if she stays.

    p.s 2500 words are a real achievement, every word counts, way to go for the fast recovery after this traumatizing week!

      I am happy you got your card again and I know you will do well in your studies, after all you are a hard learner 😉
      Living alone will be hard I guess, especially that you hate being alone for a long time – but with your new schedule you don’t have much time for them anyways, so it might not change much for you… I think you need to think more before you do make a decision.
      I believe that having your own place can be fun and great, but what ever you choose,I am sure it will be great for you ❤

        1. Today was slow but good day <3Thought of you a lot today, but didn’t know your schedule so I was afraid to interfere you in something, lol. Tomorrow is a busy day, but I hope to put the words in, no matter what 🙂

          1. Aww ❤ my boss is abroad till next Tue. So we can talk a bit at work also:) but im on gtalk all day, and my only 2 clasess are Sun yoga and Wed scholl till 8.3 when i start clasess at sun also!! Thats a l o t..but well manage..thinking of you always ❤

  9. Maze Runner was an amazing book!! But I warn you, the other two in the series are not as enticing as the first. I also bought Akarnae, but haven’t read it yet. Let’s race? lol And now I plan to order that last book you mentioned because…I need help in editing.

    My week is undecided yet. I have been summoned for jury duty. Ugh! But it also got me out of work all week, so there is a plus side to all of this.

    Also, glad you made it back. I missed your posts!

  10. Sounds like you had a nice weekend!! Eating junk food always makes for a nice weekend lol. I don’t know what my plans are really for this week yet. Tomorrow Ron has off for Presidents Day tomorrow from work so he will be home with me for longer 🙂 I just plan on making us a nice dinner. Then Thursday I am hoping to meet up with another blogger friend that lives here in Vegas too. That’s all for now. I hope you get some reading and writing done like you want to.       1. Yeah I am making some Ranch Pork Chops with Mashed Potatoes, Corn, and biscuits for dinner today for us. Otherwise it will just be a relaxing day. I am excited to meet another blogger too! 🙂 Thank you for the nice compliment on my button lol. I didn’t know if people wanted my face on their page haha. 🙂
